    Tried a workout of the week from Competitor Running. It was a pretty good workout even though I had some Garmin issues so I couldn't track my speed like I wanted.

      Are those work/rest intervals...?

      It's an intense workout.. The rest intervals are at a jog. The 5,4,3,2,1s are at 5K, the 1 min in between is at 15-20 faster thank 5K pace. Rest is half the time for the 5K intervals and 3 min after the 1 min Sprints.
