  2. Nice short 5mile recovery run!!! I was so sore from yesterdays 10mile barefoot runn ( Vibram Five Finger Shoe) my chalfs was crazy tight so i made myself run and I could have done at lest 5 more miles but made myself stop!!!! now I feel much better!!
