  1. Gave Joe US$7.50 to buy a new pair of runners on the weekend. He was so happy and for sure had a spring in his step on our last run together. Perspective, Pip.

  2. RUN
    Highway 5 10 km 01:00 09:39 pace

You know those days: 3 hours sleep, run with the taste of antibiotics in your mouth, stomach cramps coz you are a chick... Simply Finishing? Priceless.

  3. RUN
Dai Tmei Loop 8 km 00:39 07:50 pace

So it was probably less than 8k because I wasn't running sub-5 min k's. Fun run today including impromptu sprints with some young kids close to the end.

  5. RUN
    Gym 10 km 00:51 08:12 pace

  6. RUN
    Thai Border 7 km 00:38 08:37 pace

Ran with Borey today. He wants me to pay for him to compete in a 10k race next month so he was out to prove he has been training...a little! ;)

  8. RUN
    good National Hwy 5 10 km 00:54 08:41 pace

We have an indoor tank (like a deep bath) in one bathroom downstairs. Keep it filled for when there is nothing in the pipes...
