  2. FIT
    alright 5 mi 00:38 07:35 pace

New elliptical machine so it took some getting used to. A few things I liked and a few I did not. The distance was off because there was no way that I did a 4 minute mile going at a medium rate. It... read more

  9. RUN
    tired 2 mi 00:28 14:00 pace

Still feeling off, breathing was the worst in a while even doing intervals.

  11. RUN
    great 4 mi 00:55 13:45 pace

Still doing the interval training so it takes longer but is so much better. Before doing this my breathing was off and my digestion was off and I just felt sluggish. By pushing it with sprints in i... read more

    good 3.15 mi 00:42 13:20 pace

I did the walk/run .25/.25 and my breathing is so much better, just doing these intervals has helped a lot. My left shin was also super tight and one big knot, after running it feels great. Good to... read more

That type of training makes for more interesting training than just jogging. I don't understand why more people don't mix their training up like that--at least sometimes. Great work Philip
