      I challenge you to not use the word failure in your next post. Neither you nor the things you do are ever a failure, you are an amazing, wonderful person and even the worst workouts are better than no exercise at all, and a step in the right direction.

    Level 10. Another failure. Another useless and worthless session. I could not even do the 7 miles because of my breathing. The more cardio that I do the worse my breathing becomes.

      You are being way too hard on yourself. You are putting forth the effort and that is what matters most, even if you don't see results right away. I know it's frustrating to not see the fruits of yours efforts but you can rest assured in knowing you are doing everything right by exercising. Good job and keep it up, it will get better!

      Don't give up! Good job challenging yourself, a lot of times when people begin to struggle they assume they have hit their ceiling of potential and stop pushing themselves but you know better than that and that is inspiring!
