    Level 10. I may have found out what is wrong with me, spreading of my abdominal muscle which would cause me to not be able to breathe properly which is also why I could only do 5 miles here.

      I challenge you to not use the word failure in your next post. Neither you nor the things you do are ever a failure, you are an amazing, wonderful person and even the worst workouts are better than no exercise at all, and a step in the right direction.

    Level 10. Another failure. Another useless and worthless session. I could not even do the 7 miles because of my breathing. The more cardio that I do the worse my breathing becomes.

      You are being way too hard on yourself. You are putting forth the effort and that is what matters most, even if you don't see results right away. I know it's frustrating to not see the fruits of yours efforts but you can rest assured in knowing you are doing everything right by exercising. Good job and keep it up, it will get better!
