    Had my treatments yesterday and I probably should have taken it easy today but what is done is done.

    Someone was on my machine but it turned out for the best because when I got on it just was not there. In the end it worked out.

    Another abbreviated workout, someone was on my machine! So I did squats until she was off and cranked out 5 and a half miles.
