My goal is to get back to doing an 11 minute 1.5 mile run and maintain muscle. I did it before I became sick and I will do it again!

    Was looking to do four miles but on Saturday I mowed lawns for eight hours and since then my upper part of my hamstring has been sore so choosing not to push it I stayed with three. Still respectable.

      That type of training makes for more interesting training than just jogging. I don't understand why more people don't mix their training up like that--at least sometimes. Great work Philip

    My shins were barking and I was not feeling it so I did walk .25, run .25, etc. At least I got something done and 3 consecutive days regardless of how I have been feeling.
