My goal is to get back to doing an 11 minute 1.5 mile run and maintain muscle. I did it before I became sick and I will do it again!

    Did the jog/walk thing again, jogging more and more and walking less. At the three mile mark felt really bad cramps in my stomach so I called it a day.

    Did the walk/job thing again, start with walk for .25 and switch at every .25.

    Did a walk/jog for the 4 miles. Feels like the elliptical has been hurting me and only now with jogging do I feel like I am getting in shape. Burns more calories too.

    Was doing great and then at the two mile mark the freaking elliptical broke. I was avoiding a run/walk because I squatted yesterday but oh well, the best laid plans!

    Annoyed. My breathing was way off, no clue why, felt like I had not working out in years rather then days. Quit at 4 miles.

    No clue what is up with my breathing, the last few weeks the work has felt harder but I keep plugging away.

    Had an amazing start and did not let up. I was going to do 5 or 6 miles but seeing as I am still getting back into it I did my strong 4 and then a walk.
