      Haven't been good to go through my friend list and see who is running, ect. I am glad I scrolled down today and saw you were! I love you and miss you! Can't wait to run with you again So you better keep it up! I haven't been running much but need to get back to it. We should do a challenge! What do you think?

      They are good on flat surfaces, but over rocks my feet are kinda tender afterwards (and during..bruised!) but overall I like them.

      Great job, Phil! Sometimes you have to let your body be the boss. I find it takes a better runner to listen to your body than to stubbornly run through and pay for it in injuries or loss of health. You did great!

    Second run in my VFF KSOs. Slow run. My heels are bloody. I guess there is a spot they are rubbing. Can't wait for my toe socks to get here. Maybe that will help. Otherwise good run.
