      Yes we knocked two minutes off the previous effort up this hill and back. That even included a brief stop to chat to a neighbour and her dog! Christine is getting fitter!

      Actually Peter I managed to tweak my back bending down to pick up wheelbarrow on Saturday. Can ride OK but have had to wait a bit before running. Coming right though. Doing a lot of cycling but that is recorded only on Garmin lately. 84kms on Sunday - fast!

      For sure. My wife really enjoys these walks. I had to motivate myself after riding 30km to work and 22 into a stiff headwind home. Need a nap npw :-)
