Just what I needed; a gentle run after yesterday's yoga and kettlebell session.

Ran with Andrew E. who is recovering from Sundays marathon. Here's a question, what sort of person does as recovery run faster than his MP?

Lovely weather. Sunny with a gentle cool breeze.

Achilles was 3/10. Grrrr. I think that might be side effects from the yoga class.

Lots and lots of runners out today. Normally I only see this many on a Sunday. What's going on? Is it because of the nice weather? Andrew and I kept to plan and didn't chase any rabbits.
