This (hopeful) marks the start of my wind-up to the Rotorua marathon in April.
Trading plan: Monday long run, Wednesday and Friday are short runs (tempo and all that). I'll keep pushing out my long run by about 1Km per week. At 16 weeks out from Rotorua, I'll switch to the FIRST schedule.
All this is dependent on an Ok from the sports doc.

Nicely done! I did have Rotorua in my sights... But 42.2 is just not my distance so I've got my eye on other shorter races
