Nice. Andrew E. was a little fatigued, but that was probably because he gave blood on Monday.
Achilles feel tired, and my legs feel a bit weary--I did put some effort into yesterday's spin class.

Good run, I like that route. That explains Andrew's comment (I'm reading these top to bottom!). Giving blood will do it every time, I'm amazed he got that far. I went to a weight class once the evening after giving blood in the morning, I could not believe how weak I was. I had to quit, could barely pick anything up!
