    Yes, Circus. Thanks for the encouragement Kim and Graham. I'm feeling so very sluggish at the moment. My weight has crept up by 3Kg in the past 3 months (yikes). But, I'm looking at a personal trainer who specialises in runners ... maybe that (and more exercise and less food) will make a difference.
