Bit of a restless night, so I was ready for this.

Whilst the run was fine, I'm getting impatient with my Achilles. It is only slowly improving; if at all. Ah well, let's see what the physio says on Monday.

    Wish you good luck with the Achilles. I know this kind of injury takes patience, but it will finally be fine! I went through it a couple of years ago.
