Easy aerobic run with the delightful Christie (wife of Rich) around Cambridge. It was cold and wet (way colder than Auckland in winter). But the company made the miles fly by. Lots of ducks, a grey squirrel and a few runners (most of whom don't reply to a cheery "good morning". Ran past many of the colleges and the "Strawberry Fair" (which is bit of a hippy event, teepees and all that). A very enjoyable run.

I'm taking things easy(ish). But I'm in taper mode as I head towards the Marathon van Amersfoort next Sunday (were I won't be taking it easy---goal pace 5:00, goal time 3:30:30. Ouchy). Alas, my diary is pretty full tomorrow is London to catch up with family, and then Rotterdam (conference), Amersfoort (marathon), Paris (conference/workshop), and then back to NZ (via Hong Kong). All my niggles seem to be under control :)
