This was exactly the run I wanted to do ahead of Sunday's race. Not too hard, not to easy. Great conversation with Andrew E.; that made the miles fly by.
The weather is absolutely stunning. Bearely a cloud. No breeze. The harbour/waterfront was gorgeous. A great day. Happy. Happy. Happy (and pretty busy).
