This was exactly the run I wanted to do ahead of Sunday's race. Not too hard, not to easy. Great conversation with Andrew E.; that made the miles fly by.

The weather is absolutely stunning. Bearely a cloud. No breeze. The harbour/waterfront was gorgeous. A great day. Happy. Happy. Happy (and pretty busy).

I saw you guys as I was driving into the office! I was going to call out hello, but you were in deep conversation. Looked like you were enjoying it!

The conversation was very good. We sorted out a number of issues (well, we came up with ways of dealing with them ...).

@Louise you should be running to the office. @Peter I love when I log into DM just in time to post on your run meter! Nice pace!

@Kim, and I love it too when you post whilst I'm running (and today, when I had it on loudspeaker, @Andrew_E also appreciated it). Such great motivation ... I've done some of my faster runs having been spurred on by your comments (and with your encouragement today, @Andrew_E did his fastest run in two years)
