      Oh no... I once cracked a rib during kickboxing, it was the worst pain I have ever experienced. I feel with you. I wish you a speedy recovery!

      Daniela is a friend of mine and just saw this feed. I'm just coming off of a cracked rib injury. I was so surprised at what hurt - breathing, potty breaks, getting out of bed, coughing. I feel your pain. 6 weeks sounds about right. Maybe 4 if you're lucky.

      Lisa, that makes it 177 Km for the month. Notionally, I need to do 193 Km next month to stay on track with my 'towering stairs'. That's about 43 Km per week.
