      Thank's Daniela. In hindsight, my heart rate seems a bit high ... I would have thought it would have been under 145. But when I look at the details, I can see that even over this relatively short run my HR just keeps on creeping upwards over the whole run. I guess I'm still a little fatigued from yesterday's effort. Let's see how it plays out on tomorrow's run.

      Thanks. Alas, next week's run has been cancelled as it clashes with St Patrick's Day, and the following week is out for me, so it's going to be three weeks until my next O'Hagan's run. Hmmm. maybe I'll have a speed date with a treadmill.
