      Post run thoughts. I did five Kilometres after the half-way mark at 'goal marathon pace'. That pushed my heart rate up to just over 158 bpm (68-69%). That's a little too high. I want to be able to do GMP at something more like 150 bpm or lower. Still, my speed training (that starts this week) should help with that. O'Hagan's here I come.

      A very good-looking run, Peter! I think the first half of a training cycle is always more difficult, when you have to get used to running regularly and long again. After that, a couple of more runs and then it's almost taper time! Have fun on your long run!

      I'm still here but not logging my training on DM any more as with garmin, strava and training peaks all auto uploading from my garmin it got too much! I am connected with all my DM friends through other social media too. Don't think I'm not checking up on your training Peter!
