  7. Week 2 of my calf recovery: It's going okay. Another week and I should be running again. Until then, I'm moping around being an idle so-and-so (and enjoying it).

    I said on Thursday that I didn't like how my calf felt. At 2 km it seemed okay. By 4 km I knew it was over.
