      That International Dateline is tricky. But he is my approach. I leave LAX at 22:30. We don't hit the dateline for 8 hours or so. There at some point before hitting the dateline it'll be Friday. Once we hit the dateline it becomes Saturday. So, I have a small window of opportunity.

      If you're jogging on the spot, and the plane is moving at whatever distance it does per minute - does that mean you've run say 100km in that 10min?

      In the 6 minutes I was running we were going at about 800 Km/hr, so I guess I traveled about 80 Km :)

      Thank you all. Nic, it wasn't a double day. It just looks that way because of timezones. Actually, my last double day was last Thursday. I ran in the morning, flew to LAX in the evening, arrived Thursday lunchtime, then did a short run. It was a forty hour day.

      It's a tad warm ... and that is a wee shock to the system. Still it does make a change. The PC at the hotel has a rather clunky keyboard so as I write it sounds as if I am pretty angry--but I'm not :)
