I was pushing it. Smashrun says http://en-gb.smashrun.com/peter.smith/run/2673969#map there were bits of this run that were sub 4:30, and there was a 3 Km segment that was sub 5:00.

Monday rest. Tuesday is speed (2+5+2 when O'Hagan's restarts), Wednesday is easy 9, Thursday is 2nd long run at pace (I hope), Friday is easy hills. Saturday rest, Sunday full long run. My Sunday long runs top out at about 32 Km, and my second long runs top out 20

What are the 80 runs? Are they the training runs for a race? I'm not sure a bacon buttie really constitutes a warm up for exercise. Warm up on the inside maybe! :-)
