    I usually hate running in the mornings but this felt pretty good. 30min walk and 13min run...slowly but surely getting back to it.

    The 2nd 20mins of this I felt like I was dragging a cinder block behind me. Probably the two games of Ultimate last night but it was still slightly faster and slightly longer than Wednesday.

    Good times. Wish I knew how much running/distance I was doing during these games. Its a great interval workout, I know that. Huffin' and puffin' after each point that's for sure.

    Best Eveløpet 5k since summer of 1999 and the first since then with no walking. My goodness what a difference a year makes. 50lbs lighter and 7mins faster with no walking.

    Goal was to run for 25mins and then walk. Ran for 26:30, walked 2mins to 28:30 and then finished out the run. Great morning for a run. Excited for Nordic Fest and the Elveløpet 5k Saturday morning.

    After playing Ultimate last night, I can't complain about this at. all. But holy crap was the air heavy this morning. Run a full 22 mins, walked 1min and then finished out the last block/min.
