great Body weight circuit 00:15:00

A week with no running is tough but I'm giving myself a rest after 6 months of training. Did 3 sets of a body weight circuit routine - Squats, Push ups, Walking lunges, Dumbbell rows, Planks, Jumping jacks. Will work some short, easy runs in this week.
