5am run. It was overcast this morning, so I went for a 2 hour run. Kept it easy, around hr130 and enjoyed it.

Heather, I used to train at a very high HR - above 170. I had to change it, because I was overtrained and sick. It's been almost two years of base building - only easy runs at low HR. My pace improved from 12 min/mile to sub 8min/mile at HR140. Much better health and performance now. Google Maffetone method.
