I should have done this run yesterday, but I was too tired and/or lazy.
My quads are soooo sore today... I can run slowly but have problems walking downstairs :)


Peter you are far from Lazy. Perhaps a rest day or two?

Thanks Tracy. The goal of this run was to move my sore legs so they recover soon. I am sure a run (jog, walk) would have helped if done yesterday too.
