First time in weeks I slept until almost 6am, I needed it, and went for an easy run at 6:30. The run didn't feel very easy despite the low HR, but it got better after first 6 or 7km and I was able to enjoy the rest of it.
I wore new Mizuno shoes for the first time, they felt ok.
At 446 km (277 miles) this is my highest mileage month ever.

Becca, yes, it happened a few times to me. In that case I slow down even more and cut it short, but it got ok today after longer warmup. I guess I am a bit tired, and also, I didn't sleep very well two nights before today (because of kids). Tomorrow is a rest day and I will probably do only one weekend run. Will see :)

Sounds as if we have a similar lack of sleep = less than optimal runs problem.
