    First real attempt at running a 5K for months....hip survived without a problem ;-))) the physio has told me that 5K is enough distance for the mean time until im fully recovered!

      Well done Pete, keep going! How are you finding it? I was asked if I wanted to do it today, but don't think I have the time to commit to it at the moment. You are over half way now are you noticing any difference?
