good 6.03 mi 00:59 09:48 pace
Hot, Hot, HOT! and humid out too. But I slogged through this run. Focusing only on effort and drinking plenty of water. Still not too bad a pace for a recovery run.

I didn't think it would be this hot in May. It is going to cool down this week. Nice 6 out in the heat and humidity!

good 4.26 mi 00:42 09:50 pace
Recovery run that was ho-hum. Legs did not have the snap in them. Hoping two days off before the race does the trick.

Foam roller? I have not seen him in quite a while. Maybe a visit tonight is in order.

Starting to get warm for the lunch time runs. Might have to start shifting them to the morning.

I had the same thought today! I suspect it will take me a bit longer to actually get my butt outta bed early enough though...
