  11. RUN
injured Maintenance flight 4 mi 00:38 09:36 pace

  15. RUN
alright Merrell try out 10 mi 01:44 10:24 pace

tired Speed work 4 mi 00:34 08:31 pace

Man I don't like speed work. It's probably because of the "work" part. 800M sprints with 1/2 mile jogs in between interval times 1-3:39 2-3:45 3-3:46 4-3:48.

Desert PR for the camel :)

Well I was supposed to run 13 today but at the end of the first lap my feet were telling me I could go for it and be out 1/2 the week or stop now without much damage. I think I chose wisely.

  19. RUN
alright Easy run day 10 mi 01:46 10:33 pace

Ended up limping it in with a couple hot spots. Man I'm looking forward to new shoe day. Tomorrow or Sunday I run 13. We will see how I feel after that.

tired Fast day 4 mi 00:33 08:21 pace

Today was my speed work day. I think it took as much out of me as some LSR's. Feel hot and tired but good.
