early Long run 4:36 AM was nice 67 Degrees will be 90 today was over cast but dry took my water belt with the 2 10 oz bottles with power aide also took a 16 0z water bottle I hide at the mile mark for the return glad I had it drank that to for a total of 36 oz`s for 15.3 mile run
