30-minute core workout. Hard to keep a straight face at times. Knew he was done when he started gyrating and talking about stretching his butt :)

The back is fine (knock on wood). I haven't noticed any soreness from the exercises thus far. Of course, I'm only in the "beginning" stages at this point.

30 minutes. Painful on several accounts: actual pain and the realization how poor my mid-section is. Looking forward to see what progress I can make in a month's time.

Not sure why, I'm not aware of anything I did to aggravate it, but my back has really regressed. Just gonna have to baby it and take it slow.
