Coming back from almost a year of no running with bursitis in the left hip I am hoping to get back at it slowly and stay injury free for next year.

    Nice short rest week runs completed. Now on for the final push to get the miles up before the taper starts.

    Felt real good for this run. Fueling went well and the weather was almost perfect. Chaffing issue at about 20 miles made things a little uncomfortable but made it thru.

    Beautiful sunny day in Western New York. A cool breeze would kick up occasionally. Nice start to the weekend.

    Cold and windy run on the bike path today. Second weekend getting 28 done on a Saturday. Now tomorrow needs to go good to make myselff feel happy. I can almost taste the Guinness tomorrow.

    Horrible 11. Could not get warmed up. Cold wind and a sloppy track just never let me get in a groove. I bailed on the run and didn't finish the 25 I wanted.

      i can't lie Don, sometimes I do like the mill. When it 15F and 25mph winds the mill is great.

      They feel pretty good, thanks. I'm glad i adjusted my running schedule to make this a rest week. All short runs this week then start to ramp it up again next week.
