      Go all still and repeat "down, girl" in a slightly angry tone until she stops jumping, then say "good girl," in a warm tone. Put some hot pepper sauce on your hands for a little while and if she months your hand immediately say " no, Maddie! " in a strict tone. Immediate feedback is key.
