    Good run @ 7.9 pace then picked pace up to 9 for 2 km towards the end. Then hopped on bike for 20 min, then a session of arm weights and then a 10 min run to finish. Feel energised today!

    Good combination of weights, leg work, bike work and inclusion of the steep 100m hill outside the gym - feel like I accomplished a lot today and feeling really good.

    Stoked...ran for 28 minutes non stop, longest time length and felt very hot and sweaty but great. Have increased by 6 minutes on my last time and looking forward to hitting 30 mins by next week.

    Felt really good today after my power walk/run/cycle...the lungs were cooperating for once and made it all completely enjoyble.

    Can't believe I just ran 22 minutes without stopping!! Big achievemnet for me today as I normally struggle with 5 and 10 minute runs. WooHoo....really happy!
