Totally SWAMPED at work the past two days. Taking a break to record this. Monday my legs ached from the longer run on Saturday so I slept in. (-; Good thing I did because I needed the rest for the hellfire drama at work later in the day. Still reeling but I woke up a few minutes earlier and got this one in. I sooooo needed it. I'm a much nicer person today after having gotten my run in. (-; Have a great one DM's!

    Thanks Magda, Henry, Eric, Tameika, Eli, Alfred, Trina, Adrienne, Alex, Trul, Melinda and Jacquie! Running is my little secret for handling anxiety and stress. Much better than Xanax or any of those other synthetic "solutions".
