The run was fine but I couldn't get myself motivated to do AbRipperX (as planned) this morning. So I decided to just do some situps and call it a morning. I know I NEED AbRipper but my mind/body isn't ready for the pain...... maybe later in the week. (-; Have a great one DM's!

I hear ya; had the worst time pulling myself out of bed this morning to run; my legs felt stiff and sore but finally managed to get it done. There's always tomorrow for abs; great 5 1/2, Paula!

Wow, 100 situps is definitely a great alternative to AbRipperX! I must agree, I sometimes dread pushing the play button ;)
