      Thanks Miguel, Shirlene, Merf, Louis and Adrienne! I've been focusing on my core and general fitness. The running isn't happening as much as I'd like, but I do like seeing remnants of real abs coming in. (-; I just need to shave off some body fat to make them pop!!! And that's all about food.... SMH.....<sigh>
