  1. RUN
    great Banook & Portland 6.84 km 00:37 08:46 pace

Great day for a run, couldn't pass it up (I was running LOL out of excuses).

  2. RUN
    great Banook > Portland 7.17 km 00:40 09:00 pace

Took it really easy to start then just ran my easy/normal pace (meaning not breathing hard) which is apparently about a 5:30 pace.

  3. RUN
    good Banook > Portland 6.86 km 00:37 08:41 pace

First run since my 1/2 almost 2 weeks ago. I guess it is a good thing to feel pain while you run... it just means your alive!

  4. RUN
    great Valley Harvest 1/2 Marathon (... 21.04 km 01:49 08:19 pace

Ran my first 1/2 marathon today... my 1st goal was to just finish (I did that), my 2nd goal was to do a 6:00 KM (I did that 5:12), my way out there goal was to finish in under 2 hrs (did that 1:49)... read more

  5. RUN
great Lunch time run 5.59 km 00:29 08:13 pace

A little hot, but I'm not complaining! Bring it on Valley 1/2

  6. RUN
good Lake Banook 6.83 km 00:36 08:32 pace

Went a little fast and really pushed up the hills to keep my pace under 5:30

  7. RUN
    alright Banook > Shubie > Portland 11 km 01:00 08:43 pace

Did a good speed but felt I was catching my wind the whole time. Legs feel like a ton of bricks.

  8. RUN
    alright 5.3 km 00:34 10:10 pace

Felt pretty good, considering I got up at 5AM to do this run. Pretty peaceful around Banook at this time of the morning...

  9. RUN
    alright 20 km 02:03 09:51 pace

Did most of the Valley Harvest route in prep for the race in a few weeks. First 15 were pretty easy, after that sucked! After this race, I'm sticking to 5 and 10K's.

  10. RUN
    great 5 km 00:27 08:38 pace

Felt good, gave it a little extra.

  11. RUN
    great Banook 7.17 km 00:39 08:44 pace

First time in a while, no pain. Makes it easy.

  12. RUN
    blah 11.85 km 01:06 08:58 pace

Wish I could get in a routine. Not fun, working, coming home trying to get a run in, then going directly to volleyball practice for 2 hrs. Legs haven't recovered from weekend golf tournament o... read more

  13. RUN
    good Banook & Shubie 12.72 km 01:10 08:51 pace

First longer run in a while. Coaching high school volleyball really gets in the way of keeping fit!

  14. RUN
    great Banook 8.01 km 00:45 09:08 pace

First time running in about a week, legs felt heavy, but other than that, went well.

  15. RUN
    good Waterfront > Banook > Pleasant 10 km 00:56 08:59 pace

Other than the sharp pain in my hamstring the whole way, it was good.

  16. RUN
    good Portland > Banook > Pleasant 7.3 km 00:39 08:38 pace

Not bad after doing 18K on Sunday and then walking for 5hrs yesterday. Tried to keep it around a 5 min 30 sec pace.

  17. RUN
    great Dart > Pt. Pleasant & Back 18.01 km 01:50 09:51 pace

Great run this morning with the Carol. She kept me at the speed I should be at for my longer runs. Last 3K were a killer, legs didn't want to work no more!

  18. RUN
    great 6.01 km 00:34 09:01 pace

Didn't feel like going for a run, but glad I did. Felt great.

  19. RUN
    blah Portland/Banook/Pleasant 7.27 km 00:42 09:12 pace

You would think feeling good doing 16K on Sunday, today would be easy. Not so much.

I think it was the wind. I don't like the wind, unless it is at my back!

  20. RUN
    great 5 km 00:28 09:00 pace

So I ran "about" 5KM in "about" 28 min... as my friggin Garmin died at the 1KM mark. Said it had 50%, then went to 0. Grrr. But other than that, I feel like I have fully recover... read more
