      @Mark - I even ran with a sweatband on today. Kept my ears warm and the sweat out of my eyes!

      Most likely, it would have been around 5:30-6:00pm

      Not too bad, the were some shoes very kindly supplied by adidas. I'll stick to my Nike's for now as I've got a few races this month where I want to PB and don't want to mess around with new shoes for anything longer than 5K just yet!
