    Started jogging about four weeks ago. Still mixing in running and walking. This was my longest distance by far since I've started. I probably walked about a third of it.

      5.5 miles? Maybe the couch to 5k is way too easy for you. :)

      Haha. Well, I way overdid it on that one. And a good chunk of it was walking. The C25K is really helping me on how to mix up the running and walking. But most days, it is a little too short for me and I keep going through the cool down and beyond. :)
