    I tried to run for a bit, but the IT band decided to make it feel like I had glass in my knee. Walked instead to try to get some of the acid out of my muscles.

    felt good to get out on the trails and give my legs a break. Wore my minimus (heart them) and felt awesome. They are so choice--i highly recommend buying a pair if you have the means.
