While I am insanely jealous of this post--I think it is just awesome. Look at that. Your first day off and what do you go do? Run 18 miles of course. That is so telling. I just love this Paul. Enjoy every minute of it.

Wow Paul--this is awesome!!! To PR like this on a tough course, conditions you are not acclimated to and with ridiculous mileage on your legs is huge. Really huge. Congrats on a strong race, the PR and the AG win. What a great race today!
