  2. RUN
    good Leprechaun Chase 10K 6.16 mi 00:47 07:40 pace

The first mile was supposed to be the slowest and then I sprint the rest. :) first mile was only a minute faster than other miles. Otherwise, held a steady pace and happy considering steady wind... read more

  4. RUN
    great Ankeny 7.35 mi 01:03 08:32 pace

Took it easier at ran closer to the my normal average pace. Wind was sure cold the last few miles but didn't impact the speed or pace fortunately. Now for some hot cocoa!

  5. RUN
    great Ankeny 5.58 mi 00:43 07:38 pace

After one heck of a **&%$%^ day at work, I decided it was time to see what I could do speed wise and burn some stress. This run does change my perspective that a Boston qualifying time may be ... read more

Damn Paul! You can totally get to Boston. If I've learned anything about you over the years I've now known you, it's that you can do anything you decide you're going to do.

      Nice Job:

Definitely no worries. All of today's routes were challenging for sure. You and I were pushing it while we were together. Too bad it didn't last for either of us. Great job!

  7. RUN
    great Ankeny 8 mi 01:06 08:15 pace

Decided to head back outside for a run and it felt AWESOME. Even the stiff breeze wasn't a factor. Now I just hope the hoops game in 80 minutes goes just as well!

  11. RUN
great Ankeny, Iowa 6.2 mi 00:54 08:43 pace

Put the spikes on the shoes so I wouldn't have to worry about traction or ice. I focused on form and cadence and the run felt much better. Calf muscles seem to feel not as tight as well!

  12. RUN
alright Menomonie, Wisconsin 4.45 mi 00:41 09:06 pace
