Still recovering from injury so did the sweeper role behind the girls,which isn't a bad place to be ;-), took in a few tough little hills for the first 3 miles then a bimble round, did an extra mile with Gwyn and Kees at the end to hit the ultra schedule of 8 miles, all nice and easy really. Hope you had a good one DMers, living the dream !
