Suffered tonight, swimming an hour and a half after a big roast dinner ! Another 80 lengths / 1.3 miles breast stroke in the bag. 10 days till Ultra day and still no running......living the dream !


Just from the title I can picture a slick of gravy following you around the pool! The legs will be very FRESH for the Ultra Paul!

Just don't get tempted to run for the next 10 days, you can't possibly get any fitter but you can injure yourself again.

That doesn't sound like a good idea. Can't wait till the big day although I will be at work, I'll be there in spirit. Can you log your run on Facebook as you go along?
