Paul, when you're injured you need to come here more often not less. We all know what it feels like and people who don't run really don't or can't give a s---. Is this the same injury that affected your London?

Paul...stay strong and Happy Sunday!!! I have seen that and felt that myself with DM, but I also notice with injury it gives more time to give back and see what everyone's doing and that feels good too. :) I hope you get better asap and do what you need to do to take care of you!! :)

ohhh and if you need to throw a temper tantrum from not getting to run (due to injury)...post it on here...maybe it will make some of us (like me) that complain about the weather and such a little more grateful. :)
