    78 degrees here at the beach. First long run in quite a while. It's about that time tho. Didn't really feel any issues with hamstrings until about mile 8, but nothing major.

    Traversed the hill twice on this run. Besides being hot, I survived. Although I always run slower after a day at work on my feet for 8 hours. Glad to get it done today.
