    Except for some toe cramping mile 22 on, it was a great day! Won 2nd place in my Age Group which is a first podium placement in a marathon for me!

    55 degree and sunny afternoon run. Mile 2 not great with two uphills, but mile 4 at 8:12 pace, so I finished well.

    Up at 3am, travel back from Florida to home, and very little left in the tank for today's run. Got it done however, so that is good.

    Se hilly route, but just had more steam in the engine today. Felt so good. Again, running in December with shorts and tshirt is just so amazing!

    Anytime you can run in December when it's 60 degrees is a great run. 6.2 miles is the furthest I've run now in almost 2 months during my recovery.
