  1. RUN
good Humid Hills 5 mi 00:45 08:57 pace

Had to cut this one short, just too exhausted after working today. Here's to a more restful week.

  2. RUN
    good Beautiful 3.1 3.1 mi 00:27 08:34 pace

A nice break from the heat. Cool breezes and all.

  3. RUN
good Hill Workout 3.25 mi 00:27 08:11 pace

Felt so good. Finally back in the swing of training properly.

  4. RUN
good Neighborhood 4 mile hills 4 mi 00:35 08:44 pace

Incorporated every hill in the hood for a nice four miler.

  5. RUN
    good Hill 5k 3.1 mi 00:26 08:15 pace

Worked on hill pacing again today, and increasing flat stretch pacing. Breathing hard, but I guess that's the point.

  6. RUN
    good Woodman x 2 hill workout 5.1 mi 00:44 08:38 pace

Roasting outside but completed my intended run of five plus.

  7. RUN
    good Home again 5k 3.1 mi 00:26 08:28 pace

On five hours of sleep, 8 hours of work, 2 hour drive home, just ram a 26 minute 5k. I'll take it!

  8. RUN
good Wrightsville Beach 5 mi 00:44 08:51 pace

The ocean breeze felt really good before the storm.

  9. RUN
good Wrightsville Beach Run 10 mi 01:36 09:35 pace

78 degrees here at the beach. First long run in quite a while. It's about that time tho. Didn't really feel any issues with hamstrings until about mile 8, but nothing major.

  10. RUN
    good 4 on the 4th 4 mi 00:36 09:01 pace

    Slow but quality run.

  11. RUN
    good Woodman x2 3.1 mi 00:27 08:35 pace

On the hot side, but got in two quality hills.

  12. RUN
good Two downhill two up 3.33 mi 00:28 08:22 pace

Happy with pacing on the downhills tonight. Worked on maintaining longer stride and felt like I was floating.

Steamy hot, but flowed fairly well.

    Nice run!

  15. RUN
good Downhill stride work 3.1 mi 00:26 08:23 pace

Feels weird to be preparing this far out for Big Cottonwood Marathon, but I have a lot to prove to myself during that race. I want to be more than prepared.

  16. RUN
    good Woodman x2 3.5 mi 00:31 08:54 pace

Traversed the hill twice on this run. Besides being hot, I survived. Although I always run slower after a day at work on my feet for 8 hours. Glad to get it done today.

  17. RUN
good Hill workout 3.1 mi 00:28 09:02 pace

Getting used to a faster downhill pace for Utah.

  20. RUN

Not bad. Waited for some cloud cover and a slight breeze to beat the 90+ today. Success.
