Thanks everyone! It is truly a unique, one of a kind race experience. Now I've run two of the six Marathon Majors, hoping to add a third in Berlin next year!

  7. RUN
good NYC Taper 4.1 mi 00:32 07:55 pace

For many reasons, this was my first fun in a week. 1/2 hour outside the city on the Towpath, Bound Brook, NJ.

  8. RUN
good Hill Loop 4 mi 00:33 08:12 pace

Super stoked about my pace in the hills today. NYC just 9 days away!

  9. RUN
good Bull City Race Fest Half Mara... 13.1 mi 01:51 08:29 pace

Excellent! Paced the 8:30 group to perfect timing. Lots of hills on this course and really unseasonably cold weather led to a really peaceful and enjoyable race.

  10. RUN
good Bull City Shake Out 2 mi 00:16 08:07 pace

Felt good. Hadn't run since Chicago last Sunday, so with a Half tomorrow I needed to shake out the legs.

  11. RUN
good Chicago Marathon 26.2 mi 03:50 08:45 pace

Such am amazing race, so deserving of the title of one of the Big 6 in the World. Amazing crowd support. Very satisfying day considering the higher temps than last year.

  12. RUN
good Chicago Warm up 3.25 mi 00:28 08:42 pace

After working 11 hours today starting at 5am, I though this run could have gone better, but oh well.
