      You're not alone. My calves have been unbelievably sore. I don't plan on running until Saturday at the earliest. Way to get back out there.

      Thanks Trent. If you can believe it, I had a Half today. Calves were barking the whole way. The involuntary twitches in my calves after the race are a direct result from last week.
