    Coming off of pneumonia, and sinus infection, I couldn't be happier about how I ran today. Beautiful afternoon around 60 degrees and sunny.

    I cannot beat this cold. Over a week now since getting sick. I am so done with it and want to feel good again.

    Just wanted a nice and easy run today. So nice outside. About 60 degrees in the sunshine just as the sum was setting. So crisp. Thankful for my legs feeling good.

    Just didn't feel right. My right foot hurt, and calf wanted to cramp. Something's awry, so I cut it short a mile in. Not going to make it worse.

    A few right foot issues, and a Garmin fail at mile 9, numerous hills all caused a slower race than I wanted. Fastest Half this year, so really no complaints.

    Went out for a quick run after work today. Basically to do a hill pace workout and get the heart rate up. Success! Pacing a Half Marathon this Sunday, just trying to be ready to lead the gang.

    Rested a few days after Greensboro Full so get my legs back under me. I think it has helped that I haven't had to work since the race.
