    Sunday - went out for my Sunday long run and only made it 5....bonk city. Not good a weekend before a marathon to feel like this.

    Thursday - 7 tired trail miles at Hoffmaster with Stuart, Mikey, Rick, and pepper. Legs did not like my decision to go out running today. Friday I will rest...promise. NB 110

    Sunday - Long Run all around town. Ran out of liquids at mile 15 so had to borrow from a couple kind souls sprinkler systems. Felt ok for first 13 then started falling off fast after that.

    tired Tuesday - Casual Trail Run 7.5 mi

    Tuesday - 7.5 casual trail miles with Ryan, Rick, and Mark @ Hoffmaster. Need to get use to warmer weather running...could defiantly feel that I wasn't use to it today.

    Sunday - Trails then roads...Hoffmaster mini loop then Hoffmaster back to the crib. Felt pretty good..knees a little sore from running on pavement in trail shoes but I will live.

    Saturday - Hoffmaster ridge line running. Quick out and back not the normal loop. Felt pretty good...nice to see the sun shining.
