Oh ya, legs are still pretty sore from the weekend's racing.. recovery is hard after race efforts, not sure how good racing is when it poentially compromises the following week's interval work. Today felt hard, legs were tired. Hmmm.

Was so annoyed with almost bonking and terrible climbing speed, I went back the next day looking for some redemption! Legs felt heavy but no bonk, so felt better.. best PR time up the mountain :-)
