      Thanks guys. Yeah Tom mad eh? It felt like the middle of winter.. I am training for Round The Rock which is exactly the same route in about 6 weeks time, so I was testing nutrition etc etc.. Hopefully the weather will be a bit better in 6 weeks time!!

      They are pretty good.. I used them for my breakfast for MDS.. Deffo worth a try! You can get them in bulk off Amazon if you like em :-) Might give the Apple Strudel a go! :-)

      Thanks Colette, training is going really well at the moment... I feel really in the zone. I have an ultra here in Jersey in August so am training hard for that :-)
