      Really? Really - running totally out of the question? That would be absolutely terrible news - any chance of a workaround, a second opinion, recovery in time, divine intervention? You are such a great runner - not surprised on the overweight and depressed state; but also not surprised you felt better for the exercise. Hope the gloom can lift for you.
