Sore from basketball tourney, but loosened up after a few miles. Nice easy pace that slowly increased as my legs loosened up.

Legs were extremely heavy the first couple of miles. Did start to feel better, but never had much turnover. It was a beautiful day and finally got to wear shorts outside.

1.25 mile warmup, 4 mile tempo in 28:17 and .5 mile cooldown. Really struggled with the pace and legs had no turnover.
