    Middle 2 miles were lower 7 min pace and the final mile was a combination of easy running and strides. Two days of rest then race!

    Did 1.5 before softball and 4.25 after softball. pretty comfortable pace during both runs. did run at 7 min pace the final mile.

    Ran 7 miles just over 8 min pace. The next 3 I kicked it down close to 7 min pace. last mil was at a comfortable pace. Felt pretty good, but not where I want to be.

    Missed O3 workout, so did a 8 mile run. Ran at a pretty good pace and the last 3 were the strongest.

    Was pretty winded after the first mile of the tempo. Didn' t think I was going to be able to pick up the pace, but ended increasing each mile. 1 mile warm up, 4 - 27:36 and 1/2 mile cooldown.

    1 mile warmup, 3 x 1.3 mile hill loop (8:52, 8:49, 8:38) with 2:30 rest, 2 mile cooldown. Good hill workout.

    Sore from basketball tourney, but loosened up after a few miles. Nice easy pace that slowly increased as my legs loosened up.

    Legs were extremely heavy the first couple of miles. Did start to feel better, but never had much turnover. It was a beautiful day and finally got to wear shorts outside.
