      April, I was concerned going into the race that I wasn't trained enough for this race given I rarely have run more than 4 days per week since September. Luckily for me the concern wasn't warranted and it was more important how those 4 days of running were mixed in with usually back to back medium long runs during the week (8-12 miles) and then double long runs on the weekend. I really had no formal plan all fall and just winged it based on the back to back runs as my busy schedule allowed.
