Threw the kettle bell for about 10 min after my run. Had a few questions and a couple of awkward stares from a boy scout group but other than that i wasn't bothered.
Here's how it all went down:
30 single arm swings
5 windmills ea side
2x 50 feet overhead walk
10 kettlebell push-ups
5 x one arm press, snatch, clean
4x one arm press, snatch, clean

All continuous, rest only when you have too dictated by a break in form. Looks like a lot but it took 10min to complete and i was floored.

Nothing beats having a gym with you wherever you go!!!
