      Felt good so went to Indian Lake for a 60 minute hike! Scrubbed shower stall and did 2 Classical Stretch workouts. Love being active!

    Legs felt great but lungs couldn't keep up. I was warm enough with sweatpants, light long sleeved top and hoodie. Didn't go the route I wanted to back home as to get back home asap......

    I started out sprinting on the straights of the track and walked the bends. Towards the last mile I just ran instead of sprinted. I'm getting there!

    Didn't enter Fridays workout - 2.5 miles and total body workout. Legs still hurt!

    It was a little tough at times. Lungs felt like they couldn't handle it, nose kept running. I'm tired. I'm getting on the roller before adrenaline stops.

    This run with the hills went a little better than the last time I ran it. I could do more of the hills but walked a little in flat parts to catch my breath. I hope this means progress is being made.
