Mile repeat X 3 w/ strength set recovery (2). Strength set : 30 double unders, 20 kettlebell swings, 10 burpees. No watch on this repeat, only a metronome. There is a very steep hill at the .5 mile mark. I turned the metronome on at that point to make sure I was on top of cadence. I felt flipping awesome tonight. Very controlled. This was good because I was not really amped going into it after a long day.
