    Reps: 21-18-15-12-9-6 deadlift, hang power clean, front squat, push jerk. 53lbs barbel then dropped to 43lbs. Tough workout!

    Thrusters 5-5-5 up to 73 lb barbel. 10min AMRAP thrusters, kettle bell swings, and pull ups. Whew

      Lol lifted a 63 lb barbel from my chest over my head 5 times added weight and repeated 3 times. Next doing as many reps as I could in 10 mins I lifted a weighted barbel from the ground over my head 7 times, then 12 kettle bell swings, then 7 pull ups and repeat. It was a tough one, but awesome to get back into lifting weights.
